Hector joined us in July 2011 and 239 first team joined, winning the FA Cup three times and the FA Community Shield twice. He has represented his country at every level from Under-16.
The 27-year-old defender was born in Barcelona and spent early in his youth career at the Barca Academy at the age of 16 and thereafter before joining us.
He made his first-team debut in the League Cup in September 2013, before spending a loan in the championship with Watford that season to gain some valuable team experience that season.
Hector soon developed into a dynamic full-back and enjoyed a successful season in 2013/14, capping the campaign in the starting line-up for the FA Cup final.
Last season, Hector enjoyed a successful loan spell with Real Betis, who regularly stayed in the side and won the Copa del Rey.
