The 28-year-old Chelsea striker was heading to the City Ground this summer to increase the newly-promoted club's spending by more than £150 million.
Now Fenerbahce has announced that he has agreed a fee for the ace with Chelsea, arriving in Turkey to finalise the transfer and undergo a therapy.
Batsuyai is looking to end a tough stint at Chelsea after making just 77 appearances and 25 goals since his arrival in 2016. The forward has been loaned five times during his spell at Stamford Bridge.
He was not named as part of boss Thomas Tuchel's 25-man Premier League squad and was set to spend the next few months in the woods.
However, with the transfer window still open in Turkey, he has now finally managed to exit Chelsea.
Batsuyai was last seen in the English top flight at Crystal Palace, walking into London for two stages at Selhurst Park.
Chelsea paid Marseille £33m to sign Batsuyai, but he spent most of his time playing back-ups of Diego Costa and Tammy Abraham in West London, with their debts being waived away.
However, he scored the goal that won Chelsea's last league title under Antonio Conte in 2017.
